Iberostar Selection Cancún

This place was the best we have ever stayed in Mexico. The entertainment team was extremely wonderful. They made sure we had fun all day. Our kids were never bored on this vacation. Irving, Hector, Alex, and Santiago were the best. The staff are very nice and attentive. The customer service was excellent.. Will definitely return to this hotel next time.

Our experience was great, the service was excellent, minor issues but highly recommend it. We stayed 6 days very low key, no crowds. Face mask are required in common areas..need more servers working around the pool area, other then that we had a great time. Delicious food make reservations ahead of time for the fine dinning area.Elizabeth was amazing great server, Osvaldo was in the pool area great motivator. Will. One back soon. Great Shows

Iberostar was so amazing! I had no words for it. Once we got in the hotel, a gentleman named Carlos helped us with our bags and he was so helpful and nice. He has a positive attitude and was so sweet with us. We didn’t know where to go or who to talk to when checking in and he came to us very helpful. Then the next few days my family and I got the hang of it and we were very happy with the service. Then at night there was some shows at night in the Iberostar Hotel and a young man named Giovanni the dancer was so attentive with us. He made the whole show stand out! All dancers were great, but Giovanni was the BEST dancer ever! Giovanni even took out my sister Daisy to dance and my sister was VERY happy with him. They danced 2 days in a row and she enjoyed him a lot. We all did actually because seeing his positive attitude made us very happy and he is the reason we danced! We wanted to dance since the first day we got there but we were a bit shy, but when Giovanni came and took out my sister to dance then they both gave us that confidence to get up there and dance with them. Giovanni was such a great guy he was always smiling and such a great personality! Over all, we are doing back to Iberostar for sure we loved it and the beach!

Traveling during these crazy times can be a little stressful but by the time we got to the hotel it was relief!! You walk in and the staff was amazing got us checked right in with a drink in hand!! David at the concierge desk was the best! He set us up with dinner reservations for the entire week! Everyone was super friendly! We had king bed with an ocean view that was to die for!! The beach was well kept and clean! The food at the Japanese steak house was awesome! Ask for extra dumplings :) and sake! The staff at the main bar Jamie and Marie were always on top of it when we needed drinks! If you get a chance go play golf! The course is so beautiful and you might see some crocs like we did!! I can't wait to go back soon! It was nice going right before Xmas to see the beautiful decorations!

I don’t even know where to start!!!! EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!!!! Staff, location, beach, rooms, views EVERYTHING! Franco, was awesome, Alana I love you!! I was extremely happy! The beach food was great!! The breakfast buffet had EVERYTHING! I’ll be staying here every time i visit Cancun and you should too!
