Excellence Riviera Cancun

Always a great time at Excellence. This was our third time here and it never disappoints. Service is amazing, especially Luis and Benito at the Club pool. They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Environment and food are each superb. Resort is mindful of pandemic and does wonderful work cleaning and sanitizing. Spice restaurant is some of the best food I’ve ever had! Can’t wait to be back.

We stayed from November 9-November 17 for our honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing the entire time. The resort is beautiful, clean, and there are so many animals around to see. The servers are so fun, and make you feel like a friend. We loved Edwin, Juan, and Joel and we were so sad to leave them. The hosts remember you and always are happy to see you & we loved Berenice and Benjamin sooo much! The bartenders were all top notch and insanely fast but Felipe was our favorite & we loved the Martini Bar. It was paradise. We will definitely be coming back. Best stay ever!

My husband and I came to this property for our anniversary over Thanksgiving week and it was absolutely wonderful, we do not have one complaint!! Our room was beautiful and the property is gorgeous as well. We were a little worried traveling with COVID but we felt extremely safe here and they are taking all precautions necessary for cleanliness. The service has been top notch and every single one of the staff members has been nothing short of amazing. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our stay and made us feel so special. The food was great too, we didn’t have one bad meal!! We have been to a few other all inclusive resorts before but this one has been by far our favorite. Best vacation ever!!

The resort is great! The staff is even better. Hands down the service here is fantastic. The drinks are great! The rooms are a good size and the turn down service was well done every single day. The staff is respectful of you and what you are trying to get from your vacation and they honestly take it to another level. The resort is easy to walk around and find what you need or are looking for. Some food/dishes were fantastic and some were mediocre but that was expected honestly. We highly recommend the asian and french restaurant. We can't wait to get back and try the other Excellence Resorts.

My Wife and I spent the past week in this Excellence resort and all I can say is a detail was not missed. The staff from grounds to Management is always looking to assure that you have your needs met. I cannot say enough good things here, just to say this is a paradise. The food was great we really liked the Lobster House. We frequently did the pool and beach Matilde and Ivan were great. Liliana was one of the host and assisted with answering any questions. Mauro also a host was very helpful. When the team figured my preferred drink a bottle was sent to my room. The non stop care and concern for your happiness is amazing and the additional steps taken to promote social distancing was top notch looking to book my next trip as I write this.
