By this means I want to inform you that I am a frequent client of the Golden Lyon Xalapa Casino, and at the same time express the conditions that the establishment is in. 1.- Smoke extractors are not used in the smoking machine room. 2.- In both machine rooms both in the smoking and non-smoking area, the weather does not work, causing 2 times more problems in older people who have fainted. 3.- About 1 and a half months ago the roof of the smoking area, lamps were detached and is still indelible. The foregoing, for your knowledge and warning and to prevent any loss.

I have a good concept of Profeco Xalapa, I have been in the capacity of Consumer and Provider, in both I solved the problems exposed in my favor. I NEVER paid mocha nor did I turn a blind eye, above the law NO ONE !!!!. Everything is about following the instructions and exposing the truth. Thank you staff of Profeco Xalapa.
