We had booked a daytrip to Teotihuacan, received a voucher which clearly said that we'd be picked up in our hotel ....but they never showed up. After long phone calls and discussions with their call center, I gave up. Not reliable and not pleasant to communicate with.
They helped me put together an incredible package for my vacations and they had a lot of patience with me 🙌 with that of the times in which we live, one thinks it is to travel, but they answered all my doubts, and helped me to select the best option. I will definitely see my Easter holidays with them
Has anyone booked with this travel agency? Who can tell me how serious they are?
