Hotel Spring Cancún

We stopped here unexpectedly as we had plans to stay in Cancun, but needed to stay near Merida unexpectedly for an appointment. We stopped by early around 9 am, we had traveled 18 hours the day before , then were up at 5 am to drive to another appointment that morning and were exhausted! They so kindly let us go to our room right away instead of waiting till check in time. The rooms are very basic, but clean and have everything you need. The hotel has a wonderful pool area and even a pool for the kids with bathrooms and outdoor showers. There is a restaurant to order from with a menu in room and the entry to the hotel is gated. Highly recommend.

The pool place is dirty, it is beautiful to look at but not clean, they do not respect published prices or those given by the reception staff, you arrive and they do not have those costs, the rooms are old and neglected, the climate has no control, you They give a key to your room, they don't have Wi-Fi (at this time, can you believe it) and what to say about the staff, bad face, bad tone of voice, they don't give you a thank you, don't go, just want to have a bad time !!

I am staying here, they did not respect the price, they gave me a room with two double beds that should be at 600 pesos and they gave it to me at 750 pesos ... Apart from the fact that the climate or the fan does not work, there is no WiFi And you can't leave your room with confidence because they don't give you a room key (if you go out you have to leave your room open) and the women who take care of you are super rude, not at all helpful, very bad experience visiting this hotel.
