Hotel Riu Palace Las Americas

I loved the view when you enter the hotel, the beautiful infinity pool over looking the turquoise ocean water was breathtaking. The service was great and the staff was always attentive to our needs. The cleanliness during COVID was also very noticeable, with many sanitizing stations all throughout the property and temperature checks. Masks are required in public spaces, except for the pool. We felt very safe. I would have loved for the rooms to be updated but they are not, however this didn’t affect our stay. If you can look past that you will enjoy yours too. Overall we had a great time!

Beautiful all inclusive! Everyone is beyond friendly. A great place to relax and unwind in a stress free environment. Extremely clean... the only thing that was unfortunate for us was the bed was very hard. Asked for extra pillows and blankets, of which they brought to our room promptly. Highly recommend.

I love this hotel. I have been staying here monthly since May. Each and every front desk employee are wonderful. Especially Ernesto, always a pleasure to see him. Up until the last time This review is for my November trip. Ishmael in the outside terrace/Buffett always remembers me and always treats me like royalty. I love him. Everything was extremely clean. Service was great. They never stop. If you are looking throughout the day and evening you will see them in different places over 12 to 15 hours and they still rock the service with a smile. Piano in the main bar is always a treat. She sounds like she should be playing in New York. One thing I want to point out. We did notice the high end tequila was mixed with Cheaper tequila. We really noticed. I will be there Wednesday and I’ll update if the tequila situation has changed.

No word could explain how amazing this place is. The 5 stars goes to all the staff. The staff is what makes this resort phenomenal. They made us feel like family and went above and beyond with everything. The food is also a plus. The only downside about this resort is the room needs a little update. I’m not sure if it’s because of the humidity or is it because we’re right on the ocean, but the room seems moist for the most part. I left a piece of paper in the room, came back later and it felt like it got a little wet. But other than that we love everything about this resort. Will totally stay here again in the future.

Amazing all inclusive adult only resort! First time in Cancun an I’m glad I went with this one! The room had an ocean view & was nice and clean. The food was really good, plenty of options to choose from. The service was amazing an staff are on top of it to make sure your needs are always met! 5/5
