The best affordable place in town, staff is great, specially Lorena, rooms are very clean.

We ordered a room from booking and they didn't save us the reservation, bad service. Every day has a new problem. One day the air conditioner doesn't work, one day the toilet doesn't work. No one from the hotel care. Bad experience.

Good rooms and facilities, lacked a bit of character and was very quiet. I noticed a lot of families while here so take that into consideration if backpacking. No real area to socialise. Good if you need a good nights sleep. Staff nice.

There are dorm rooms with double beds. In rooms there are three beds. Rooms have airconditioners and tv so comfortable. Staff are nice, friendly and helpful. Also there are 3 kitchen with equipment. Location is nice, one blog from lake, 10 min. Walking to terminal and center. Negative No breakfast

very nice but basic place. tv, air conditioning, 3 common use nice kitchen units for cooking, had a picnic table to eat at outside, also had bike rental. la pina across the street had good food and CHEAP. will use both places again on next visit to bacalar. just up the hill from the water. great find
