I was disappointed. The website said coffee pots were provided in the room-there wasn't one to be found. When mentioned to the front desk the response was "Well you never asked." (Since when does someone advertise coffee in the rooms and you have to ask????)
For some reason the room would never warm up. It was very cold in the room the whole time.
The lobby was FREEZING as well as the restaurant!! (I wonder if they were trying to save money by not having the heat on?)
No breakfast offered with the room. You need to buy it.
The first morning I ate a lot, the second morning I ate very little! The second morning they tried to charge me more! (For less!!)
I booked two nights because I knew I would need the 2nd night after having oral surgery done the 1st morning in town.
Honestly, for the money paid for the hotel I would have to pass next time I'm in the area. I felt like I paid too much for too little.
Very clean and sanitized. Staff friendly and helpful. Would stay AZ gain.

Let me tell u I've stayed in a lot of hotels but this one has a1 service rooms r.clean beds comfortable employes r Curtis's and will go out of there way to make sure u ate taken care.they don't judge u they treat every one with the same repeact so if u want a #1 spot this is it so come join all of us traveler's and enjoy the experince5star
Staff was nice, clientele what you would expect for the price. Overall good experience.
