First, the hotel is clean and beautiful. The staff was kind and helpful. However, the pool and hot tub stay open until 11pm, but they shut the jets to the hot tub off at 8pm and barely warm it up to luke warm bath. When we asked if they could turn the heat up and turn the jets back on they told us it’s on a timer and they could not change it. Why keep the pool and hot tub area open if you are not going to make the hot tub enjoyable for your guests??

No not at. All a good hotel will not stay here again bad bed bugs and. They denied that there was anything in the bed my wife got bit all over her body that we had to go to a pharmacy and get medication the manager said it was not their problem and they did not do anything even give us a refund Please be aware if you stay there they do not treated Gusts very well

Excellent hotel. Great location and easy parking with entrances from front and back of the hotel. Friendly professional and very helpful staff. From reservations to check in check out, restaurant and specially the bar and pool area. All the facilities were clean and with covid guidelines. The rooms are spacious and even better with stand in showers. Very well lit and elevators have excellent speed. Granted the hotel was at 50% capacity due to pandemic. If I get picky, the restaurant is not to par to the rest of the hotel. I'd give the restaurant 3 stars. For many reasons it is worth an uber ride to close by restaurants where the value, portions and flavors are way above than the hotel restaurant. They need to evaluate this part. But the whole experience was excellent for a vacation weekend in Hermosillo Mexico.

Very nice place, good service, very clean very nice employees if you visit Hermosillo you need arrive to Hotel Lucerna.
