A nice and relaxing place. You normally use slot (card machines) they offer you soft drinks for free and it opens 24/7. During the day it has a buffet, but the main activity is using the slot machines with different themes. A good place if you try to relax and have fun.

So this place has a great variety. The only thing we should have exchanged our currency prior to arriving at the casino. We git charged a hefty fee. Then we stood in line for a players card which you have to have to play. We got charged another fee to put the money on the card to gamble. Then we won a few bucks and they took their tax percent off of that. Not sure if all these fees were because we werent locals. But the fees seemed excessive to me. The taxes on the winnings I get. But a few to load the card and a fee to exchange currency was ridiculous.

Found the user feed for cash play to be heavy and unnecessary. I could understand taxing winnings but roughly 20 bucks on a hundred was stiff.

We were vacationing at the beach in Cancun and wanted to check out a casino. Very different from American casinos, no cash and you need to load money on your player card. Roulette was fun and dealer was good. Slots were fairly basic, not a lot of the newer games you see in the US. Very easy to get a cab out front back to our hotel. Drinks were cheap.

It’s probably the best Casino in Cancun area. Decently sized for the standard in the area. Staff do understand English and is courteous. A place to gamble and have a good time for those looking to bet and that adrenaline and joy of possible winning or the silence of losing. Nearby currency foreign exchange shop has decent rate. For foreigners visiting: 1. Your passport is required 2. Go the membership area to register for a card (mandatory if you will be playing the slot machines) 3. Uses local Peso currency only 4. Foreign exchange/money changer station is adjoining to the building from outside. 5. The foreign currency booth will ask for your passport and make copy of it. 6. If playing for a slot machine, you must go to the cashier to fund/put money on your card. Machines do not accept cash to insert to it nor doesn’t print your account balance. It is all indicated on your card after finishing your play on that machine. 7. After playing do not forget to redeem your card balance in cash at the cashier.
