Grand Bahia Principe Tulum

Absolutely amazing, I would give this place a million stars if I could! Great people, great food, and many fun activities to do throughout the day! We loved our experience and would recommend to anyone!! Lots of stuff for kids, and the entertainment staff was awesome! Our room was amazing, the beach was gorgeous and I honestly cannot think of a single thing that they could’ve done better.. my mind was blown by how amazing this resort was!!! They had great shows at night in the theater and all the drinks were delicious! Book here without a doubt, especially if traveling with kids!! We just travelled as a couple and not a single day went by without us having something to participate in!! Absolutely mind blown at what a great place this was, we definitely plan on returning ASAP!!

Absolutely amazing. Our second time! I wish we were able to spend more time. Very clean. Covid protocols are respected. Very helpful staff. Eduardo from the front desk was very helpful to us.We loved the yoga instructor Claudia. Only good things about this resort ♥️

Bahia Principe Grand Tulum was exactly what we'd hoped for our winter family getaway. The moment we arrived, I'd wished I had booked a longer trip. They are on top of it in regards to COVID protocols - temps, disinfectants, etc. The place is CLEAN. The restaurants - buffet, Tequila, Gran Tortuga - had fantastic service and food. Tables were spaced out and never once felt crowded. The pool and entertainment crew managed to make everybody feel at home and connect on a personal level. Stephanie and Gabriel and he entire staff went above and beyond to connect with people and cater to what they did and didn't want. Plus, they just offered a sincere element of humanity during the current state of the world. Hoping to be back as it seems lots of renovations happening. From check in to check out, this was a fantastic experience for our family.

The food was great. Choices were overwhelming. The bar staff, especially Carlos Chan in lobby bar! Kept drinks coming, provided ice for weary guests. The rooms were beautiful. No worries about covid while here! Perfect lush setting! Everyone was helpful and always friendly

The resort did an amazing job with social distancing and keeping everyone safe. Having the ease of Covid testing on premise and the peace of mind was great!!! The staff is wonderful and we truly enjoyed the entertainment staff!!! Thank You Armando, Ulysses, Edgar, Maria and Gabriel for a great vacation ~ Your team is excellent! We can’t wait to book and come back again soon. Bahia Principe Tulum did not disappoint!! Thank YOU All!!!
