Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa

My experience @ the Royalton was great. My partner & I went to celebrate his birthday. The room was clean, the staff was excellent (especially Guadalupe). Our 1st night there he made sure we had reservations for dinner. When we got back to the room from dinner the room decorated for my partners birthday. & We also had a cake 🎂 & bottle of champagne. I would definitely return to the Royalton and definitely recommend The Royalton to others

The service was wonderful. Everyone here is so friendly and the food was excellent everywhere except Score, which was just okay. The restaurants were themed very well and provided different experiences at each one. We stayed in the Hideaway portion for a week, but were still able to enjoy the rest of the resort. Our room was great - we had a swim out pool on our back patio, but it was a bit chilly as we didn’t see much direct sun from our porch. Due to the recent hurricane season, the beach has a bit of seaweed scattered and coming in with the tide. We were told that we would receive some additional amenities in our room, like robes and slippers, but they mentioned that some of that had been replaced by seeking more sanitation efforts by housekeeping. Overall, a great time!

If anyone is searching for good deals for hotel rooms visit ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ booked a hotel room on there and these guys had the lowest prices any where! Everything was amazing!!!! The staff were super friendly, the food was delicious, the place was always cleaned and sanitized. They are really trying to keep everyone safe. I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you Royalton for our amazing experience!!

Pros: Nice, spacious rooms. Jacuzzi on balcony was definitely worth the added cost (ability to control heat was great as hot tubs were not actually hot). Lots of pools with room to relax. No issues finding towels by the pool. Clean, the amount of maintenance staff was impressive (main building had damage, but did not affect the experience). Cons: Beach was covered in seaweed despite staff sweeping (water was still warm). Drinks were often over-sweetened and watered down. Food was hit or miss - aesthetics was always on point but the quality was not consistent. Overall, better than expected.

I stayed here for a week I really liked it. I had a swim up suit. They have 5 different restaurants. I did a lot of there restaurants on the resort the best was the buffet. The only thing I didn’t like was you have to wake up at 7am to call to make reservations to the restaurant and the phone kept ringing for like 40min just to make reservations. Who want to wake up at 7am after drinking lo night to make sure you eat at dinner. That happened for 2 days until I decided to use the car I rented and I left the resort. To go to TULUM.
