Best you’re going to get in Merida! Clean rustic rooms. Beautiful colonial architecture - coffee shop, bar and restaurant in the lobby. Location is very accessible, nice Starbucks a block away!

Very nice hotel however the cost is high and also breakfast was very expensive. Nice bed and great huge TV. The pool was not easy to get into. It has no railing for the first big step.

Well initially when see this place it looks amazing. Check ins are weird if you do not have reservations. Service needs work, for the buffets, everyone is running around so busy that they can barely give one good service. They charge for everything like water, outgoing calls. The food is a bit overpriced for what you get. The one plus is the shopping center and thats it. The rooms have issues with the AC, at least mine did twice.

Man, I LOVE THIS PLACE. On a scale from best to exceptional: the staff is so kind and accommodating, beds, breakfast buffet YUM, location, price more than reasonable and super great shower shampoos/gels HELLO MINT COME TO MAMA

Nice hotel, well located, needs to improve certain aspects like its AC.
