Excellent place, comfortable and very clean following disinfection measures. The attitude of the staff is exceptional. Thanks to Leti, Karla Juan and other people who attended us.

Comfortable and safe, good location, in front of one of the newest shopping centers in Merida. But be careful with the payments you make by credit card, I asked for room service and they cloned my credit card after being in this hotel, charges appeared on my card that I did not do.

Very good place for meetings and small conventions. It has good internet and the view when the curtains are opened is excellent.
