Service at the restaurant was extremely slow. They were very good serving their employees, though. Quality of food was not up to Merida standards. Took forever to have water served. There are much better places to eat in Merida. The hotel itself has very interesting arcquitecture but the restaurant is a no go!

Nice service. Amazing staff. Really clean hotel the is quiet although so central. Need a deposit for safe. Good location, but go for breakfast somewhere else. The pool area is unfortunately not really in the sun so my friend was disappointed that she couldn't get a tan.

This was my 5th or 6th time here in 20 years. Its beautiful, clean and a great location. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful town.
