It's a good place to go if you have some extra money and nothing better to do. We went on our last night of our trip.
Make sure you take an ID/Passport. You have to get a player's card as you have to load it with money. It sounds confusing, but it's only mildly irritating. The Black Jack is great. Minimum bet is 50 pesos (about $2.50) and they pay 3:2 on BJ and you can surrender. Very good rules especially for such a low minimum bet. I won both days I went. Can't wait to go back
