Had to spend a night in Nuevo Laredo. The location is pretty good. The service is as you would expect form best western.
Nice quiet/ clean / comfortable. Front desk real helpful. Close to shopping mall .
Had the pleasure of speaking with Flor and she gave excellent advice and customer service. As long as she is working there I will be going to stay there.
They are economizing in everything the level of the service is good but it feels old and cheap with a price of five stars
Very little English spoken. One would think that a Hotel so close to the border would have some Englidh speaking staff. Room was cold until maintenance fixed the heat. Building seems old and a bit rundown. The breakfast there is terrible
