Be Glamp Las Estacas

After our first glamping experience we had low expectations but decided to go again as the hotel was full. I must admit that some of the problems that came up the first time around were solved. For example, the private bathrooms are already working and have their own water heater so it is no longer necessary to go to the camping area. They built a new reception so it is no longer necessary to go to the hotel lobby. They put normal floor lamps inside the store so there is adequate lighting at night. The bed is comfortable although on the hard side. There are some things that have not changed. Breakfast is still very simple but considering that the hotel no longer has a buffet breakfast due to Covid-19, I guess it's not that bad. Due to the shape of the tent, the "ceiling" is very close to the bed. The store that touched me was not in good condition. Several of the closures could not be closed due to the poorly set up shop. The contact of light that enters through one of the closures left a very large space through which insects could enter. On this occasion, we made the visit in November. During the morning it was quite hot inside the tent so returning for a nap after breakfast is not even remotely possible. As the day progresses, the shade of the trees makes the inside of the tent more comfortable. I think next time I will try to raise the side cover at the lowest part of the tent to see if it improves ventilation. A very important issue is not to forget the insect repellent. The plants around the tents are nice but attract a lot of flies that bother you all the time. It is important to turn on the light when you go to the bathroom at night because there could be an insect on the toilet seat. Overall, it meets expectations. It is a camp but luxury but camp at the end. As an experience it is very good. If pitching a tent is not your thing but you want to live the experience of going camping, it will be worth it.

Very nice place but the glampings are very close and there is not much privacy. Also, we were only like 5 couples staying there on a Monday and they put us next to each other instead of leaving us space for privacy. Conversations are overheard and we felt like we had to whisper all the time. The next time it would be better if they respected and placed the people further apart with so many unoccupied cabins.

An excellent place to rest ...

Comfortable, spacious, very well decorated, clean, friendly staff, hot water ... 9/10 because the King bed was two singles joined together but hey haha, we had an amazing time.
