the hotel disappointed me with the service. I previously checked the availability of rooms and prices. at check-in when I approached the reception to rent a room, the receptionist informed me that there were rooms available for $ 180. when I asked if there were cheaper, I got the answer that may be for $ 150 the cheapest. when I went back to the hotel's website and showed the receptionist a free room for $ 76 and $ 80, he went to the supervisor to ask permission. then asked to book on the hotel's website to get the price, as he could not provide a room of this category (actually same category as $180) . it all took about 20-25 minutes, it's very long. I traveled on business and had a plane the same evening. so I stopped for a few hours to relax, but when I brought the keys to the reception, first the receptionist began to replace them, then went to ask something from the supervisor, then called another receptionist (who did a check-in, etc.), then asked if I liked everything and informed that I can stay until tomorrow in the room. what is all this for? why did you waste my time? The 5-star hotel must respect the privacy and tranquility of guests, without unnecessary questions, without deception in prices, without 1 hour for check-in and check-out. room was nice, but 1 bottle of water 250 ml for 2 person is the shame for that price of room

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff will warm your heart, I felt welcome every single day and they do all they can to accommodate you. The hotel is gorgeous and has everything you might need (gym, pool, spa etc). I walked everywhere. Definitely should try this hotel if you plan on visiting Oaxaca!

This hotel is one of the best ones that i have stayed in Oaxaca. It is a new structure not even a year old. Everything works. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and most importantly have a safe. Across the street is a small park to do some exercise. Not to far from the Zócalo. I highly recommend this property.

One of the best hotels that I have stayed in Oaxaca. The staff is amazing and the location is perfect for a stroll in the park across the street. The building is new and the rooms are very modern and spacious i highly recommended this property. Its a 10 min walk to the zocalo and there is a bank (hsbc) a couple buildings over from the property.
