Beautifully revamped and secure place. Excellent location to get to El Mercado 20, dinning places, and many other historic and tourist must-see. Very clean rooms and plaza. Alejandro, Ernesto and the rest of the service team members sure make for a memorable stay experience. Spa services are available too. Fruits, juice, coffee, and mexican pan are included every morning.

Nice spot to call your own in Oaxaca and I’d definitely stay there again! The rooms and bathing facilities are really cozy and new. Outdoor space is great too. They offer Nespresso pods and milk. Two items to be improved: 1) you can’t come and go as you please as the gate is locked and one of the employees has to constantly assist you. An improved experience would have been to give the guests a key and monitor the entry (if current practice serves for security purposes). We were given a room right across the “office” immediately when you enter. I initially cringed and thought that I’ll ask to be relocated but there was no need. Yes, we heard folks come in but the bell wasn’t an issue at all. At some point, noise was emitted from a radio or TV. Luckily it didn’t bother us much. However, I was very conscious of the volume that we conducted ourselves at. Maybe a sign to guests to be respectful as they enter and some insulation under the door might help. All in all a super pleasant experience and if room 12 is the last room available, I’d say it is still worth staying at Tabaa!

The place is amazing, beautiful room and interior patio. The service staff was great. The location of the hotel is great, is walking distance from downtown. However, is far enough to enjoy and rest without been bother by the traffic.

Excellent service. The owner is there and is super attentive. The hotel is very comfortable and clean and on a quiet street. The design of the rooms is sober but Mexican. Very nice everything.
