What a let down. The pictures looked stunning and the grounds/buildings are beautiful BUT.... No towels, no coffee making facilities, dodgy lock on door, remote didn't operate TV. Such a shame.

Lovely views from the pool over Pacific. Simple but neat. Peaceful, calm, and a nice restaurant. Short walk to the Coco Beach Club. Large, air-conditioned rooms. Close to the airport, and short - only US$3.00 - taxi drive to Zicatella Beach if you like more action.

I booked three days in advance, I emailed to confirm but I did not have a confirmation number and asked if it was okay to just confirm under my name. They never emailed me back and I assumed the booking never went through. I ended up going to a different hotel for the night. I called a day later to ask for a refund since I never used the reservation. They very rudely said they did not give refunds and falsely claimed the policy is on their website when in reality it says NOTHING about a refund policy. Blatantly stole my money. Don't come here unless you want the possibility of getting your money stolen.
