HOTEL ROCKAWAY

If you are looking for loud reggaeton & screaming children that’s the place for you This place had so much potential at first sight! The staff looked very professional and the pool area was beautiful. We really felt we got into a great hotel for about 10 minutes Our room was right on the pool which could be a great thing if they had better audience coming to the hotel. The crowd was 99% Mexican and it seems like they are allowed to do whatever they want like putting mega speakers with loud music, hanging out smoking and having their screaming children out until 23:00 Needless to say we asked to change rooms and it didn’t happen..! Not amazing experience

Nice big room, comfortable bed and the swimming pool is nice, We stayed only one night but the only thing is that at the ground floor, it can be noisy from the pool and people in the corridors. Very nice staff

I love this hotel we keep extending our stay, the breakfast is good and the pools are awesome, they even have chairs on the beach! The hotel rooms are so nice the cleaning lady’s did such a good job every day! I can’t say enough good things about this place! Miguel the reception was an amazing host and exceeded our expectations, we will definitely be back

We loved the hotel, pool was beautiful and the location great. The room was smallish but very clean, with a comfortable bed and nice balcony. The staff were very helpful and nothing was a bother. The only major downside of this hotel is the outdoor club that goes from 12am-6am in the vacant block right behind the hotel. If your room backs onto this as ours did, good luck sleeping Thurs-Sat night. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the nightclub.
