Iguana Hostel Oaxaca

One of the best backpacker hostels around... Good breakfast, lots of bathrooms, huge kitchen and a nice roof top spot to chill. Can get a bit noisy and rowdy, but I like a party vibe.

Best hostel ! Breakfast was different everyday. Bar was great. Beds and facilities were class. Staff made the hostel... Especially Ali. We will be back

Our experience after 4 nights Amazing hostel! An oasis for backpackers during these crazy pandemia tines. The volunteers are very friendly and that good energy will light your stay. Spacious rooms with awsome curtains that gives you privacy even in the 12 bed dorm. Super rooftop with activities and mini parties (not always) that make it easier to associate with the rest of the guests. Colorful place with kind of hippie vibe but still very clean and tidy. The kitchen is well equipped is you're a hostel cooker (but either way u have 60 mx buffet right infront of the hostel). And the break fast... Delicious. Defiently worth the extra 10mx. Tamales, quesadillas, fruits, coffee, chocolate, cerials, every morning u wake up to something new. Shout out to the best volunteers ever; Mareen, Leila, Ali and of course Ofek🥰 Thank u for reminding us what backpacking vibe is all about and the much useful tips. Melina & Itay❤️

Really cool hostel. Love the design and the little details: multicountry plugs, light and a little shelf in each bed. Hammocks and cool areas to hangout and also to meet other people. Good breakfast that changes every day and a great location really close to everything. And of course, the staff are also amazing. All and all a great hostel. Will definitely stay again if back in Oaxaca!
