If you are going to book in this place, ask for your number confirmation. When I arrived to the lobby after 5 hours driving, they didn´t respect my room reservation and told me at the moment that they dont have any room. It was terrible and they did not provide any solution. If you are going to reserve a room, ask for your confirmation number, after driving 5 hours to Oaxaca I arrived at the lobby and they told me that they did not have rooms and, therefore, that the reservation was not there. They did not help me at all, in general they have a terrible service so I had to find another hotel ...
