Hotel Real Santo Domingo

Súper bad experience. Noise all night . We had a doble checked reservation. When we arrived there was nobody in the reception. So we were hosted by a girl that forgot to tell us a little detail; that she was deaf; And the first thing she told us was that there were no rooms available and no reservations made . she couldn’t understand what we were saying and thought we were disrespectful. The responsable person didn’t answer his phone, till later he appeared and solve the issue . The room was very dirty with cigarette butts in the floor; the bed sheets were dirty and small . During the night the noise was unbearable. Some guests leave their dog in the room and didn’t stop barking. At 2am a family arrived and made a lot of noise, their kid were screaming and they had their door opened. At 5am the bell start ringing and nobody answered so it didn’t stop for 10 min. We couldn’t sleep for a half hour continue. Really the worst experience in oaxaca . The place and the location is nice but they have a lot to improve.

They charged us 300 pesos more because the receptionist made a mistake the previous night, nice place but fishy rules and unfair with clients, avoid this hotel at all cost

Excellent attention, the rooms are simple, I agreed to the price, they would have 5 stars if they had a small restaurant or a kitchen, so that one could eat right there. Otherwise everything excellent.
