Hotel Isla Natura Beach Huatulco

Although the hotel has some problems like, the swimming pool need some maintenance, in fact there are some troubles at the moment with this department, (one guy from the staff told me this) food sometimes is not really tasty and they don't have mezcal(mexican drink), at the moment there is one construction in front of the rooms and they are a little bit noisy. The beds are comfortable, the swimming pool is nice and they have animation there, the beach has a small reef easy to see with the snorkel, kayaks, and is very private, but the best is the staff, all of them they are amazing, friendly and helpful, special Luis Ernesto, swimming pool. Staff,We gonna miss you. The hotel for us, is a 8/10, but for the price is 10/10

They don't respect previous arrangements if it suits your needs. They will send you to their 2nd class hotel if you don't pay for the all included fee completely disregarding any previous arrangements or paid fees. Will blatantly lie to your face telling that they contacted the travel agency and creating any story to backup their one-sided arrangement changes. They don't care about customers, only care about getting as much money as they can

The location is SPECTACULAR!! The facility has SOOOOOO much potential. But the execution is so lacking! No hangars, blankets, towels, napkins or salt&pepper on tables, or anyone wanting to help you! And so much is chipped, broken, ripped or missing...it's like someone spent a lot of money to build it, but there's not enough staff to run it properly. Really WANT to like it here...it's warm though!!😆

I stayed with my family in the hotel within December for 5 days ... honestly I was really expecting a lot , after all those nice pictures and actually good reviews I saw ... I need to say that I was extremely disappointed ... since the first day we stayed in the hotel there were no towels at all .. either for the room or the pool ... in the restaurant sometimes there were not even forks or glasses .... rooms where not really clean ... service was extremely slow ...they announced they have a jacuzzi ..and indeed they had but it’s quite discounting ( please look at the pictures )... as I said already, rooms were not really clean ... we came after a tour back to the room and it was still dirty .. without mentioning that the food of other rooms from the room service was still laying outside ..obviously quite some ants were there already ... and to add more ... we had a problem with the toilet and asked for support ...indeed someone came but told us to fixed it on our owns ... to conclude .... views from the hotel are great ..no doubt...but the service you get there is not at all to the stands they said ... I will definitely NOT RECOMMEND the hotel and obviously never staying there again ... Show less

Not even one star in my opinión. This place is 3 Yeats old but it's lack of basic things a hotel should have. Maintenance to begin with. They are just getting this place die. Hard to start with one area to describe. No decent internet. TV signal is worse than with a air antenna. They don't pickup the garbage. One of the elevators has been stuck for a long time. Power goes on and off. No hot water. Water leaks behind the toilet seats. Spuder webs in the room. Food is not good. All my family got sick with food poisoning. Hard access to the restaurant area and pool from the main building area. If you are elderly and need assistance, forget about it. The pool is dirty all the time. Feel free to swim inside os a thick mixture of sun blockers and peoples organic waste. There's a drain river running along the pool which stinks horribly. The beach is nice but you can get in the water. A lot of big rocks and water is too deep. You never see anybody from the management area. Everybody complains with the front desk but they are already immune to complaints. A really waste of money. If you want to save money, don't ever stay here. We won't come back
