Hotel Casa de la Tía Tere

Great place and affordable price. Good breakfast and very kind staff. Location is very good, just a few blocks away from the busy streets. Only downside, as many other places around Mexico, the walls are very thin and if your neighbors and people in the hotel in general are not the quiet kind ( happens to be most of the time the case ) you will suffer from the noise.

The pool is immaculate and a lovely way to spend a quiet afternoon. The staff were accommodating. The included breakfast was fresh and the coffee served around the clock. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The location is an excellent starting place for exploring the city center!

It's so charming, lots of comfy chairs by a beautiful clean and warm pool. The service wasn't friendly, but that's okay. Breakfast, included large plates of ripe fruit, yogurt, granola. Eggs and hot food available, but the staff was all standing around on their cell phones and no one offered anything. They could be shy or rude, hard to tell :). Would recommend, great value for the price.

Very pleasant, friendly, helpful staff, very clean. Building exteriors show their years, but room interior ( "bungalow") is very neat and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Bathroom is tiny but quite functional and hot water is plentiful. There are some other aspects, which I will detail elsewhere. Included breakfast is tasty but some variety would be welcome.

Hotel Casa de la Tía Tere is a wonderful hotel. The check in process was very such and easy despite our delayed flights causing us to arrive late at night. The hotel itself us beautiful with plants everywhere. The inner atrium and pool area are gorgeous. I would recommend anyone stay here. It's perfect for travelers from near and far.
