The cost of the rooms is high and you expect that for that cost they will give you a good service. Rent a Deluxe room with Jacuzzi. 1. The Jacuzzi did not work 2. The room did not have a TV (like the one on the side that did have and was the same cost). 3. The hot water that they said was in the shower, didn't work either, we bathed cold water. 4. The food is very bad, I waited almost 1 hour and a half for my food, I asked for an agua chile and the shrimp came hot. They were not cooked in lemon. 5. All this was brought to you at reception and they turn a deaf ear. The beach itself is beautiful, and that helps them, but the service is very bad.

It is a spectacular place, room 1 has a beautiful view, you can see the sunrise from the room with a glass window, you must wake up at 6 am to see the red sun rising. The service is very good, the price is high, you should ask about promotions.

Highly recommended, the personal service is excellent and the hotel is beautiful! the private access to the beach unbeatable.
