An excellent environment and comfort. Helpful treatment, good location and cleanliness. If you want to get away from the world looking for relaxation and tranquility this is the place.

Excellent hotel, service, clean, location and weather. The attention very well. Highly recommended. The pool with a nice view. Walking 5 minutes you are on the beach.

We canceled a reservation more than 20 days in advance and they decided to ignore returning our advance ($ 1,500). In the documentation they send they clearly mention that 15 days in advance the refund is free. This Mr. Javier took us long and lied to us repeatedly asking us to give him a little more time until he preferred to ignore our calls and ignore his business. A real shame that they make decisions this way.
