Never pick up the phone. Who are you working for? RU citizens are like flies to a foreign country. Who drives who is killed. The consulate is no use. Your salary is our taxes. Do not give us our money, but just give advice on our problems. We understand you a little, a lot of calls and receptions. If we worked without postponing until later, a million cases would not have accumulated. Recruit student assistants. They have a penny to study and make it easy for you. Eh ... I had to get up, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Okay, god bless you important people ...

The workers are too busy. Loaded by the fact that they fill out questionnaires that people have to fill out themselves. And those who fill in themselves, constantly distract workers by asking the question "what to write here?" A reorganization of labor is needed. It is not necessary to accept documents from citizens, this should be done by competent employees of the service desk. Let it be paid, but everyone who came from far away will be able to submit documents, get advice, and recommendations. And without even arriving, they will be able to submit documents through one of the certified service desk. Many travel distances of 3 thousand km or more, just to find out what documents need to be collected for submission to the consulate. Because the employees of the consulate are too busy with what people have to do themselves. There is no time to pick up the phone, there is not even time for lunch. Moreover, diplomatic affairs are resolved in parallel. The carrying capacity is therefore 5-7 people per day. There should be a lot of service desks, working slowly or often making mistakes, revoke licenses. Addresses and contacts must be published on the official website. Please consider my proposal.

Horror. Why indicate the phone number if it is impossible to get through. People are in another city and country and there is no way to come to the reception, so the last hope is to call and find out information. There are no words, only indignation.

Hello, I really liked the tact and understanding of the girl who was in charge of Farzon working at the embassy. She explained everything clearly about charter flights, listened to our problem and reassured her.
