As an Israeli citizen working in Moscow I can honestly say that the service is bellow any standard! You simply can't set-up a meeting even if you have an urgent issue and you're in trouble. The phone numbers are simply for "make believe" and you will never get to a live person! I saw the service which EU citizens are getting from their countries, and it's not even near the bureaucracy hell that the Israeli citizens are going through! Shame on you - משרד החוץ - פשוט בזיון!

Israel is a wonderful stoana. The first time I visited Israel was about 10 years ago. I liked Jerusalem very much. My third visit to Israel was in 2015, I went to Eilat to dive with scuba diving, diving in Eilat is excellent !! The last time I visited Israel was in 2016. This was my most extensive trip to the promised land. I happened to visit Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Lake Kinneret and the Dead Sea.

They never answer calls - you can call for hours! You will not get any help from them! Even though there is a war, even a pandemic, or even civilian issues, you will sort it out yourself, the embassy will not help you, dear fellow citizens. The situation has not changed over the years!

I can't get through to the consular department for several days

They have not answered calls for three days ... how long will this last?
