In advance, I found contact information in 2gis, called directly to the hotel and booked a room, left contact details and clarified my arrival time. So ... after 10 hours and arrived at the address .. we did not even find a sign with the name of the hotel. But It doesn’t matter .. behind the so-called reception desk there was a woman who informed us that there were no rooms. To our answer “we booked”, the answer came “so you are not the first to book today, there are no seats. The owner of the hotel, Jacob, booked rooms for everyone who called, not considering the availability of rooms. I can’t help you in any way .. look for another hotel. ” With such arrogance and irresponsibility I have never encountered!

We are going from Yekaterinburg, stayed at this hotel at night. Immediately it was pleasant that the hotel is very clean, the interior is beautiful, of the minuses is the lack of air conditioning in the room.
