The consuller section doesn't event pick up. I have been trying to force them since 2 weeks. I don't know what service they are providing

Good afternoon! I would like to complain about the employee of the consulate of Vietnam in Moscow. The phone is answered in HAMS. Schedule a second meeting on days when the consulate is not working. They don’t do the documents, they directly say that they apply to the consulates through intermediaries, who take from 500-1000 $ for one paper (a certificate of marital status, a certificate of criminal record). I don’t understand why such people were not fired before. Where does the government look ?????????? When will this corruption end ??????

Nobody never answer the phone They gave out a receipt, said that you can check the results by calling this number from 16-18. I have been calling for 2 weeks, NOBODY ANSWERS.
