Very disappointed with the work. When I entered the consular register there were no problems. Everything is fast and the staff work at the level. But, as it turned out, early rejoiced. The time has come to apply for exit from citizenship, and here questions arose immediately. Signing up is simply not possible. Not only was I able to get through with only 132 times, they explained that it was because of the situation in the world that there were a lot of calls, but even after I managed to get through, I couldn’t sign up, since quarantine until April 10th. And in general, the recording is already in July, they are no longer recording. It is not clear why on the embassy's website to write about an appointment, if this is not possible. The question arises, how is it possible to hand over documents ???

We did not organize the polling station in the right way. Long live Belarus!

I arrived at the embassy to resolve the issue of documents, I cannot leave Russia for Belarus and cannot return. Documents expire, they just answered that they are not doing this. They simply left the filed Republic of Belarus without documents and means of subsistence. That's how they relate to their citizens !!!

Just wonderful service! Minimum time in line, very friendly staff. They showed a very man-centered attitude to my case. I highly recommend writing emails, as getting through is really difficult. Having experience working with other embassies, I was very pleasantly surprised. Many thanks to all the staff!

Once, to ask a question, we could not get through a week !!!! the husband went into the cold, stood on the street under the door of the KO for 4 hours according to their schedule and left without reception; nevertheless, there was someone who answered my calls: he didn’t introduce himself, it was the level of a rude cattle, and according to the voice of about 80 - they’re sitting they do nothing there and get a salary .... we don’t live like that, dear Belarusians! Now an even more burning question has appeared - all operators are busy. as? tell me how can it be that you accept all working people during working hours, but you yourself do not work at all? what do you get the RFP for? how can you help people? answer the person who sent you there to work.
