Fast, efficient, very well organized. Visitors have to wait outdoors though in any weather. I was on time for my appointment but still had to wait for about 10 minutes outdoors even though it was drizzling and I had no umbrella.

A really excellent job that the Consulate General in Saint Petersburg is doing! Very helpful and always available, even at difficult times like the Corona crisis! :)

Worse than consular service, it is impossible to imagine! The visa department has not been working for six months, I phoned it for the second or third time after TENS OF ATTEMPTS today. In an extremely impartial form and reluctantly explain what they should have given in an email response a couple of weeks ago. At the same time, instead of plainly explaining what documents are missing, they stupidly say look at the memo, and in their response to the first email request, no other documents are indicated. The feeling that they deliberately delay the time of obtaining national visas in urgent situations, or are simply overloaded and cannot cope due to insufficient competence of the employees.
