Bouquet Palace

If you are looking for flowers THIS IS THE SPOT. We recently happened to be in town for a family funeral. We went into Bouque Palace for several arrangements including the cast spray. Sandy was patient, kind, and extremely helpful. So helpful to the point she let us see in her back room of the flowers in stock and available for us to choose from to help us make some decisions. She is able to meet our needs while staying within our budget. She created a special basket per my request of something she has not done before and with out hesitation she said “We will make it happen”. That is true customer service. I can not say enough about the beautiful arrangements she and her team created for the event. THANK YOU BOUQUE PALACE!!!

My husband and I walked in with NO idea of how to pick out arrangement for his Mother's Celebration of Life. Sandy went above and beyond to make sure everything will be perfect! I am looking forward to seeing Kay's Celebration Arrangement!

A cheery voice greets me every time I call to order a bouquet and a smile whenever I go to the shop to pick up one. Excellent service all the time. Very personable. Bouquets are always gorgeous and great quality. They last a long time.

I have used Bouquet Palace many times over the years and for a funeral. My early Mother’s Day order was confirmed, but then dropped. I wasn’t contacted about it and I called Bouquet Palace. The owner spoke with me. I was not calling to complain. It is busy and mistakes happen. I wanted assistance or clarification about my order. To my dismay the owner was sharp with me and she talked over me. A kind word would have made the difference. This year my 92 year old Mother will be without flowers on Mother’s Day.
