Bought flowers as a surprise for my daughters Birthday. Flower shop did not deliver flowers and failed to let me know why. I had given my phone number to them ISO I do not see any reason a phone call or email were not given. Then when I complained I provided a home address for them to deliver to. They refuse to deliver to hospitals or nursing homes due to COVID. I understand this but it’s not on their web sight and they failed to notify me of this. I gave them my daughters address and told them she’d be home after work.nThey rudely called my daughter demanding address they’d already been given twice or they would not deliver. They were rude to my daughter destroyed her Birthday for her. Do not use this company they are rude and incompitant

Met Marcia over 25 years ago and had her start putting flowers on my Parents and Grandparents grave twice a year when I moved to Florida.
