I've brought my bunny and my beloved cat here and have only had great experiences. Everyone that I've encountered here, the vets, techs, and front desk staff, have all made me feel comfortable and welcome, which is saying a lot because I'm a nervous pet parent. The staff is very competent and I feel confident that my babies are in good hands. It's also worth noting that the prices seem very reasonable to me. I've been surprised in a good way at how little we've gotten out of there for. I'd highly recommend!nnUpdate: it’s 5 years later and I still stand by this review. They’re the best veterinarians I’ve ever been to. Not just in skill, knowledge, and competence but also in demeanor and the way they’ve interacted with me. I never feel unheard or dismissed here. I really value their service and that’s why I’ll stick with them now that I’ve added dogs to my assortment of animals.
My dog loves this vet clinic so much that whenever we walk by he tries to drag me to the door. Professional, quick service, everyone loves animals who works there you can tell. Pricing is reasonable and they take you through the costs of procedures before scheduling. Great vet office and will likely stay with them once I move next month to a town outside of Portland!
This vet was so great and I was so sad when I moved because I will miss them so much! They are very knowledgeable and understanding when I was anxious about being a new dog mom. They really care for their patients and I truly trust them with my dog!
Great vet with very friendly and caring staff. Dr. Maun is knowledgeable and really helpful! She is also honest about your pet’s situation, without being an alarmist or sugar coating things. And she takes into account your finances, which is great considering these tough times. All in all a very pleasant experience. Happy to have found this place.
We live really far away from Northwest Neighborhood Vet but we go here because they provide quite good service for 2 of our dogs and our cat. They are always friendly and all the doctors we’ve seen have been super helpful and caring. Well there was one time where they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with one of our dogs but he ended up being fine so it’s all good.
