Banfield Pet Hospital

After your little pet dies, even if the doctors didn't put much effort into helping him, you still have to pay for the remainder of your yearly plan. Will never take any pet I care about to Banfield again. Now, as I'm grieving, and after pay over 1000 to diagnose and comfort him at the end of his life, I have to pay the remainder of my plan as my pet lies dead in the ground. Completely unethical.

I have to drop my puppy off for vaccinations. They called yesterday telling me to call back& also call when I arrive to drop her off. The line is busy for both phones. I called yesterday or tried to & tried today line is busy. Fix your guys phone. I’ll be going elsewhere. I hope they still will accept my appointment today without calling first because it’s ridiculous I can’t get ahold of them!!!

Called this location to see if they would set aside a prescription diet food for my cat that had been previously prescribed by a banfield vet at another location. I have since moved and this location is much closer to me however I was informed it was a “liability issue” to let me buy the food from that location unless my pet came in for an appointment letting them profit an exam fee for no reason. I even offered to show the prescription! Talk about a money making scheme. Banfield as a whole has been a terrible company to work with since having my pets care with them. Thankfully the vet at the other location was really helpful but as a company and their policies, its a complete money making scheme. Make no mistake, Vet offices like these care more about money than they do your pets. At the end of the day, they are a business wanting to profit - don’t let their marketing fool you. I’d go with another clinic in a heartbeat.

They take care of our Bruiser now. He has no complaints.

Happy they are taking patients again and my dog ELKE is happy too. Very clean office, they explain everything quite and why they recommend it.
