Grateful Heart is a wonderful place to bring your animal friends! From the first time I called, I felt like they truly cared. Taking my new cat Alexandria for her first visit they did an initial exam, suggesting things to make her life better. I had some concerns, and was given several options on how to proceed. They took the time to get to know her history, and together we came up with a plan. No pressure, and they were conscious of my budget. Highly recommended!

We've known Katy and Alex for a long time, since about 2006. They are very warm hearted, caring people. And they love animals, caring for as many as 5 pets in their own home. What more can you ask for as your vet? Our miniature Poodle, Onyx, needed treatment after getting bitten by a bigger dog, and even though they were very busy, they found a way to fit him into their schedule and take great care of him. During the ordeal, they were incredibly professional and caring, calling and emailing to make sure we knew everything that was going on with him. They took away so much of the stress and worry we initially had, and even cut his toenails while he was sedated, which he needed, and now he's a very healthy and happy dog. We can't thank them and everyone at Grateful Heart Vet enough.

If you are in need of a vet for your furry friends, this is the place to take them! The entire team is so knowledgeable and kind, and I felt so comfortable bringing my sick kitty in to see them. They are going above and beyond, considering COVID-19, and have a great process for drop off and pick up. I am moving across town next month, but will plan to make the drive to see them again next time my kitty needs it. Check them out, you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Felton was knowledgeable and personable all at once. In addition to some good advice on our new pup, she noticed that our daughter was wearing a medical coat and gave her a sweet little bag of tongue depressors, etc to encourage her. The staff here is friendly and competent.
