Rob and Charlie's is the only bike shop I go too. The staff is really freindly they don't charge a arm and a leg Their really reasonable and helpful.

The ability to stick to a projected price is the difference between a professional and a licensed NM contractor or business. I was quoted a price and when I went back with the money they wanted more money. The woman was nice enough to use employees tips to fill in but I don't think I should be repaying the money. I have run into a whole mess of NM Businesses which tout NM and slight customers. Then, because the judge or Governess is biased they do in the professional in lieu of corruption and crime. While the above is commentary on a trending spiral in New Mexico this shop did get me in and out. However, while I was in there there were employees being worked beyond the legal limit (but for this purpose I will say they felt overworked) and upset, it was obvious on their faces they are stressed. I asked for some work to fill in the gap and while the employees knew they needed it and asked "can you change a tire?" The owner would not aid in an all around necessary endeavor for everyones benefit. Corruption permeates when a business model is not so good for whatever reasons. They have laws which determine these things and are not my opinions other than that the laws I know of are reasonable in the sphere and realm we are talking about, though I may choose a different sphere if and when I engage in business. Slighting customers and employees is a definite sign of issues. Failure to hire when it costs nothing from an owner perspective is what gets a truthful review for public reflection. I would still like to work TEMPORARY there if they will have me after this, at least until season ends

Super good experience. They didn't make fun of our not-so-stellar bikes and were quick and professional. Nice for the casual....very casual....rider!

Visiting from out of town. Brought sons bike in with a front flat. They had us fixed and preformed extra services to prevent future flats in 20 minutes. Excellent price and service. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone in need of their services. Thanks guys. #tripsaver
