My sister tried to send me flowers for my birthday and the rude lady that answered the phone said she’s already been to crooked lake twice today and she’s not going out again. Nice business ethics! Isn’t that your job!!!

The shop offers same day delivery, but only if it's convenient. Not a reliable service when you're counting on them.

Ordered $50 bouquet a week+ in advance.nArrived to pick up flowers. Bouquet couldn't be found. Waited for new one...12 flowers. 4 were carnations. Very disappointing.

Friendly employee, clean with lovely and unique items, along with beautiful plants and flowers.
