We have always received excellent service and care from both the staff and Dr.’s over the years. All of our pets feel very comfortable and at ease. Everyone makes sure that you understand everything completely and takes the time to offer explanations. I have never felt rushed through an appointment. PS...our newest adopted sassy Cattledog is digging the new temporary COVID-19 procedures...since she didn’t do so well walking into the vet with myself and seeing the other dogs & their owners.
Excellent Veterinary service! Me and my Cat Wolfie left happy and healthy feeling welcomed to our new family vet. They really took great care of Wolfie and the services are reasonably priced.
The staff are very caring, and Dr. Rock took the time, via phone, to let me know my options with my cat Misty. He was very thorough and informative. I was impressed with this Pet Clinic, And if I have further problems with my cat, I will definitely return there.nThe only con? They charge too much, just like all other Veterinary clinics.
They've been my vet for 10 yrs. Always super friendly, always caring. Anytime i call and say something is wrong, they see my cats right away. Never have a problem getting an appointment or call back. I recommend them to everyone i know.
I take my dog to Dr Stephanie for allergies. She has gotten my dog on hoalistic medicine and it works. They are very kind and helpful when talking to them. I come from Goshen so I do travel to So Bend just to keep her on track.
