Burns Special Events

I have always had great experiences working with Burns. My granddaughter used their rentals and design services last summer and everything was in great condition and the day went off without a hitch. It was easy communicating with them and their showroom was wonderful because we got to go in and see everything before the wedding. I have rented from them for years and will recommend them always. 5 stars from me

We used Burns for all of our wedding and bridal shower rentals, and we were extremely happy with the quality of the rentals, the service they provided and the overall outcome. Their staff are personable and are always there when you have a question or need anything and once we picked out our items, they truly did the rest. We had fun designing different table layouts in their showroom and felt like that really brought our whole design concept together, rather than just picking some things out of a catalog somewhere else. I would highly recommend Burns for any event rental needs, but especially wedding rentals. Thank you, Burns!

Burns Rental has been fabulous in providing the Barron Lake Triathlon with tents, tables, porta potties and other quality equipment for 4 years now! Very reliable, on time, dependable, amazingly clean, beautiful and quality tents. I can always depend on them to deliver on time and trust that everything will run smoothly. Every single person I have worked with has been very helpful, friendly and polite from the staff at the warehouse to the team installing our rentals! we had a horrible experience with burns rental. we wanted to rent dishes and linens for our wedding and just had a hard time from the start. very expensive and every time we wanted to take an item off our order they would try to charge us some fee for something else. just one example is the delivery fee was 150 and we asked to take off the desert spoons and suddenly the delivery fee was 800 dollars. save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

We started the week with an unpleasant experience from Burns, but the owner upon finding my complaint called to find a way to mend our relationship.nnJust by calling, listening, and dedicating his time to understand my experience, my opinion of Burns is completely changed. I understood where I could have found ways to improve the interaction and the owner did as well. Both sides made concessions.nnI will go back to Burns because I am convinced they are interested in treating their customers fairly.
