We travel for work and had to bring our almost 8 year old Akita here early on a Sunday morning for a pain issue. They were professional and upfront about cost. We paid a little more due to being an “emergency” which was expected. But they took good care of her and asked before doing a more thorough examination. We got some reasonably priced antibiotics just in case there may be an infection and will be OK for our ride home to get our baby to her regular Vet. Read many of the positive and negative comments before calling and bringing her here. Definitely a positive for us!
I’ve had a few experiences with this animal hospital over the years, and this was the most positive experience I’ve had with them.nnTook my dog in at 2am with labored breathing and very lethargic. They took him in right away and started him on oxygen. I had to wait outside in my car due to COVID, but the staff was very communicative every step of the way. They quickly determined he had fluid in his lungs and started treatment right away. Thankfully he responded well and we were able to go home at 5am.nnIt’s never cheap when your pet requires emergency medical attention, but this particular visit was very reasonably priced and even ended up being less than originally quoted.nnI am grateful to have access to an emergency clinic when regular vet offices are closed. It’s never my first choice for veterinary care, but they saved my dog’s life last night and for that I am forever grateful.
Though sad, the reason for our visit, they were compassionate with us and helped our baby over the Rainbow Bridge.
Everyone I dealt with was very kind. They explained the fee's and process over the phone. They allowed me and my daughter as much time with our fur baby as we needed, to say goodbye. The doctor explained things thoroughly which helped us make our tough decision. The fee's were less than I expected to pay also.
Let me sit outside for 2 hrs with no information. Then when i called i was told it would be another 2 hrs... this is supposed to be an EMERGENCY clinic. If my pet would have had a life and death emergency they would have been dead by the time i would have been able to see a vet. For as much as they charge and as busy as they always seem to be. It egregious that they don't have more ppl staffed. This emergency clinic is a waste of your time. Drive an hr to the next closest clinic, i promise you it will be quicker than trying to deal with anyone at this clinic
