Love this place everyone is caring loving and their hearts are definitely for the animals we take our dog Coco there. They are awesome even during this pandemic. Thank you everyone!
Puppy had yellow/green discharge from eye. Breed is known to have eye disease that will lead to blindness if not treated. Medical urgency but they wouldn't see her for 3 weeks. Getting upset, they fit her into the schedule that afternoon.nnOintment medication is finished. Still has a discharge. They won't see her for 3 weeks. 3 weeks with no treatment for a medical situation. Unacceptable.nnNever had this situation with my prior dog and saw Dr. Bird. Since they pawned me off to Dr. Dawson, I see no real interest in the animal.nnUpdate: Dr. Vogl called to apologize for the lack of responsiveness. Nice to hear the accountability.
This was our first visit and I really like them. Dr. Dawson and staff were super helpful and informative.
Came to my car and got my cats. Called and gave both treatment and cost options. Performed agreed treatment and returned my girls with their meds. Vet and Techs really do love cats
