I called to schedule a check up for my dog. I told them my dog was very skittish and I told them I’d be more comfortable if I could come in with my dog. They told me they have no problem doing that for skittish animals. 2 months later when I finally get to my appointment, they tell me I can’t come in with my dog. They shouldn’t be telling people that they can come in with their dog if they can’t, I would’ve never scheduled the appointment if they were honest from the beginning. This is terrible customer service, they should be ashamed of themselves.
Very friendly staff and good care for animals. I started going here with my cat during covid, and everything was handled with ease.
I've had nothing but positive experiences using Roseland. They are always there when I need them and I'm never disappointed with their services. I love how they are affordable, and yet AAHA accredited. I highly recommend using their services!
I would like to thank Dr. D. for her help with Sissy. Sissy is a rescue dog and she came to us with several medical problems. With Dr. D.'s help will we have Sissy back to 100%. I would recommend the clinic to everyone.
They took such good care of our dog. Super friendly staff, we have went to countless vets and by far this one is the best in the area.
