GREAT VET! Staff very friendly. This place is 30 miles from home and well worth the drive.
My Dogs Love the friendly Vet and staff. They take time to answer any questions and give information that you need to know. I highly recommend them.
I’ve taken 2 of my animals here for a significant amount of time.nAt my last appointment (which they are expensive as hell) - their credit card system was down which. Whatever.nWe called back to pay the bill and was told the payment went through, great.nMonths later (after moving) we received a bill and tried to call the vet to pay it again but they told us it was already with collections - so we called and paid it there. Regardless of whether or not it was for a second time we appreciated Dr. Hines & everything she’s done for our animals.nI called to make an appointment for FOUR ANIMALS today and was told I’m “inactive in the system” because of a faulty process on THEIR end.nWhile Dr. Hines does provide exceptional care, it’s truly all about the money.nSave yourself the time, go somewhere else.
Service is excellent we only take our fur babies to Dr. Hine.. Definitely a Bit pricy but we love the vet and she does a great job.. Timing on appointments however needs some work. Few times I've waited for 45 mins to even be initially seen after going back to a room. Today we were there for 50 min before seen and an hr and a half for total visit. Both cat and dog received initial evaluation and 1 shot each. The actual vet was only in the room 10 mins. So hopefully they'll work on the time frames customers wait. Please and thank you.
