I am above and beyond happy with the service I received at Coyne Veterinary Center. My regular veterinarian could not see my dog for three weeks and he needed to see a doctor badly. I called Coyne Vet and they saw him same day. He received great care and is on the mend. Thank you Coyne Vet and I will definitely be using your services as my new regular veterinarian.
This is the best animal hospital in the northwest Indiana region. Friendly staff and doctors. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and have a passion for helping animals. I will definitely be back again.

Taking my senior cat to Coyne was one of the worst mistakes of my life and I will regret it until I die. Woke up to find that my cat had a bloody eye. Coyne was the only vet open during the time so it was my only option to get him checked out ASAP. After running a handful of tests and paying hundreds of dollars, the veterinarian told me after every single test that she couldn’t find a single thing wrong. After a simple google search I learned that a bloody eye in cats could be caused by severe high blood pressure. In order to save the cats visions you have to get them into the vet within 2 days. The veterinarian didn’t mention a single thing about checking his blood pressure and by the time I learned it was caused by high blood pressure it was too late. My cat is now completely blind. I will never forgive this office or the extremely rude veterinarian for not simply checking my cats blood pressure and noticing the signs. Not to mention beforehand this veterinarian was screaming at a man for his “uncontrollable and useless” dog. I should have taken that as a sign.
We adopted a kitten on Saturday and brought him home and he started having some health issues. I took him to Coyne (our first time going there) and I am so glad I did. The staff were so welcoming and incredibly friendly. The wait was not long and all. The veterinarian answered all of my questions and I did not feel rushed at all. I would definitely recommend this vet to everyone.
