Dr Tom is great! He takes good care of our cats and doesn't try to sell you extra services you don't need.
This situation was very sad. We had to put my friend's dog down. But, the staff was amazing during the process, the vet was very kind and everyone that assisted us made a terrible situation tolerable. They explained what would happen and what to expect, and gave us time to say goodbye and be there with him when he passed. My friend was understandably very distraught and they gave her time to grieve before we left.
